Job Description In-house counsel at Molson Coors address a wide range of legal issues impacting the manufacture, sales and marketing of the companys products (such as contracts, intellectual property, marketing, IT, international distribution agreements, trade practices unique to the beer industry), as well as day to day business operations (nance, treasury, real estate, procurement, environmental). Our hope is that the Summer Legal Intern will learn a great deal not only about the beer industry and how it operates, but also about the nature of working in-house at one of the largest beer companies in the world. As a Summer Legal Intern, your responsibilities will be varied. On one day, you could be reviewing real estate leases and then assisting counsel in drafting provisions for a software agreement. On another day, you could be elding questions from eld marketing managers on contract interpretation or researching data privacy regulations.
