    Req #936 Salesforce System Administrator Intern (Fall Semester) Marketing Hourly PT Thursday, July 26, 2018 -MUST be able to work in the Lincoln office Location. Position overview: In the role as a Salesforce System Administrator Intern, you would be responsible for the general support and management of Nebraska Book Companys (NBCs) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; including all sales support, buyback support, learning salesforce and taking on projects related to building out and configuring the system. This role offers significant growth opportunities for someone looking for career development in learning how to administer salesforce. This is a non-exempt, non-supervisory internship, reporting directly to the Senior Systems Administrator. Primary responsibilities include: Partnering with the Senior Systems Administrator on process improvement initiatives, system implementations and requirements gathering Delivering excellent customer service and training to end users Completing online Salesforce trainings Understanding the value and seeking out new opportunities for process improvements Running reports and analytics used for analyzing value of process improvements, insights on further enhancements or changes to processes. Supporting teams and leaders by delivering reports and analysis to teams Helping keep teams accountable to processes and systems that have been rolled out Creating and modifying workflows within CRM to increase user productivity Creating and maintaining process and best practices documentation Managing bulk data updates while ensuring data integrity Assessing ROI of completed and potential business development strategies and products Complying with all company personnel policies and practices as well as all federal, state, and local standards/requirements Other duties as assigned Necessary qualifications, skills, and abilities: A positive can-do attitude and collaborative personality is a must Self-motivated and driven to learn more and grow Can identify areas for improvement and helps Can-do attitude Helpful to end users and customers willing to go the extra mile to meet their needs Strong detail-orientation Excellent written and oral communication skills Committed to positive results and demonstrates a passion and desire to maximize all business opportunities Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Preferred experience/knowledge: Experience with technology systems Experience in customer service Marketing Hourly Internship 4700 S 19th St, Lincoln, NE 68512, USA
