Were currently looking for a Vehicle Connected Services Summer Intern to join our team.nbsp; The position will be at the following location Nissan Headquarters in Franklin, TN, will be a full time position. During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to become an integral team member and will have cross functional areas of learning which include: manufacturing continuous improvement, process parameters, and design requirements for quality and sustainable manufacturing processes. Job functions Include but are not limited to: * Building new views of vehicle roadmaps, organizing business plans, and building communications plans to ensure global development, test and mobile application teams are working together to bring the best apps to market. * Put together business case examples and competitive benchmarking studies for how Silicon Valley and other innovators are using the connected car for Big Data analysis. * Work across the globe with North America, Europe and Japan teams to enhance program management communications, reporting, and specifications. Help ensure global alignment of PM, development, test, engineering, and external 3rd party vendors to deliver the newest connected vehicle program. * The student in this position will gain a significant amount of experience in one of the most exciting and critical parts of the automotive business. * You will have the opportunity to present your project analysis and findings to various working teams focused on delivering connected vehicle technologies and changing what defines the future of mobility. Minimum Qualifications: * Must be able to function autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited direct supervision and be able to provide clear recommendations and feedback * Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be comfortable presenting findings and presenting to management relative to the assignments given * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel Business, finance, or consulting background * Strong analytical skills and interest in entrepreneurship and/or consulting * Education: Must be currently enrolled in school Actively pursuing a business-related degree Rising junior, senior or grad student preferred * Useful coursework includes program/project management, engineering, business management, computer science, Big Data analysis, business plan creation, and entrepreneurship Welcome to an open lane of possibility.
