Job Posting Title Associate Account Install Specialist Job Description Purpose: The Associate Account Install Specialist is responsible for interpreting and entering correct benefit plan designs into the claims processing system (AS400) as submitted to Prime with collaboration between the Pharmacist, Account Install Analyst, and Quality Audit teams. This position also performs tasks related to ensuring accuracy of claims processing. Responsibilities: * Provide benefit plan submission support to clients and respond and resolve client submission questions and/or issues in timely manner * Receive incoming standard client benefit plan designs and work to appropriately enter and document benefits for new or renewing business * Identify and concisely document system problems.nbsp; Resolve set-up issues and/or escalate system defects for Commercial and Health Insurance Marketplace (HIM) with sense of urgency to avoid member disruption * Perform condensed system testing to verify benefits are entered correctly and forward work items to Quality Audit staff for full plan testing and certification * Other duties as assigned Required Minimum Qualifications: * HS Diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent * Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel * Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications: * Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Personality aligned with driving for results with strong commitment toward continuous process improvement and customer service Preferred Qualifications: * Associates or Bachelors degree in IT, Liberal Arts, Business, or Science-related field * 1 year pharmacy or medical benefit design, claims processing, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM ) experience * Knowledge of AS400, query tools (e.g. IBM Showcase Query) and Lotus Notes Minimum Physical Job Requirements: * Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Primes core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear * Frequently required to reach with hands and arms * Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch * Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure * Reports to Supervisor Operations in the PBM Operations department Prime Therapeutics LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
