This role is responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and translating business requirements. Additionally, the administrator will possess hands-on Salesforce.com administration skills. Incumbent will understand how changes may impact the entire user universe and will work to educate and provide detailed information for the purposes of governance and decision making by the business. Develop, document, and execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, CRM module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements, customizations, and patches. Responsibilities Responsibilities * Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality; design and document solutions that fill the gaps; and provide detailed business requirements specifications. * Functional knowledge of relational databases and SFDC data structure, and an understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements * Evidence of supporting effective business solutions in CRM that generated measurable returns to the business or increased adoption * Ability to perform Salesforce administration functions, including but not limited to: * User setup * Management of profiles and roles * Customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts * Development of customized reports and dashboards * Creation of workflow rules, validation rules, and flows a plus * Lightning and mobile configuration, DataLoader experience a plus * Solid understanding of Salesforce security model * Mid-level or better Excel skills * Proven customer service and technical support skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical audiences in a geographically dispersed environment (conf. calls, Skype, face-to-face) * Self-motivated, creative thinking, and the ability to grasp concepts quickly * Ability to work independently and triage issues in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines * Experience handling numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions * Daily administration and support of SFDC system (create users, monitor cases and integration inbox) * Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (manage roles and profiles, define/create fields, update layouts, report/dashboard creation) * Own all SFDC reporting and dashboard support, with a focus on using this functionality to drive greater overall adoption * Respond to support queries, resolving issues directly where possible and escalating to the SFDC technical team where necessary * Log and track identified system problems through resolution * Help determine new requirements from user feedback and funnel into technical support team * Support SFDC enhancement testing and rollout * Monitor SFDC usage for compliance and security * Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
