Ferguson is looking to hire the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Consultant in our NEW Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Showroom in Santa Rosa. This is a fantastic opportunity in a new market with a great opportunity for career growth.

Our showroom is open Monday-Friday from 9-5 and Saturday from 9-5 so there will be a rotational Saturday, however, no evenings and no Sundays!

Responsibilities

• Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products, which will include high-end fixtures, faucets, appliances and lighting
• Provide an experience for our customers while providing product expertise and elevated service
• Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins and own all phases of the experience while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately

Sales driven, goal oriented, and have a passion for the customer experience

• An engaging presence is a MUST – someone who can quickly connect, build rapport, and gain credibility
• An impeccable listener; able to interpret and address client needs, while simultaneously asking qualifying questions
• Energy to move throughout the showroom, highlighting products and options to customers
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills
