The Opportunity You will function in an Operational role with development to move into Site Management. You will learn LEAN (Swim Lane and Value Stream Mapping, Visio, Metric gathering and understanding lean tools / applications) concepts. You also will develop advance knowledge of 5S and its tools / applications. You will develop project management skills. You will develop knowledge of systems specifically within customer service and inventory sections and other company processes. You will help and support site surveys. You will gain Continuous Product Training Supplier training. You will participate in continuous leadership training. You will developed advanced Microsoft skills to support business intelligence. You must be flexible and willing to travel frequently. You will gain experience and training are development through rotating deployments for 1-2 weeks at a time in a variety of locations, customer sites.
