Will Call Clerk Communicate with internal and external customers. Respond to general inquires and telephone calls. Respond to requests by researching information. Process customer will-call orders in the warehouse. Insure that the customer paperwork is complete and indicates that the customer has paid for the product Work at will-call window. Act as liaison between customers and the sales and distribution departments. Monitor orders hourly to meet customer expectations and internal client deadlines. Administrative Duties: Invoicing, scheduling pick up appointments, updating/editing company files. Represent US Foods in a professional, energetic manner while greeting customers. Handle cash/checks payments on any orders. Schedule courier routes hourly to be delivered quickly and efficiently Process samples that are brought in for Sales Reps/Customers. Answer incoming customer calls as time permits Issue and put away credits File invoices and prepare paperwork for customer pickups.
