As a member of ViaSat’s fast-paced engineering team, you will:

• Assist in the design, verification, and implementation of digital and mixed signal ASICs and IP cores for satellite and optical communications markets.
• Work closely with small and large teams to develop cutting edge technology with a focus on quality and time to market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Educational focus on Digital Design and Design Verification

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement using Verilog or System Verilog language

• Demonstrated ability to verify digital logic designs with System Verilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident Required

• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferences:

• Experience in the design and verification of programmable logic for DSP or communications systems

• Experience with common ASIC design and verification tools from Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor
