Ability to organize and maintain existing naming protocols
A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and other collaboration platforms like Asana
A familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
Experience with online marketing and lead generation
An understanding of formatting articles on the web
Must own their own laptop
Two years or more of collegiate or professional experience in editing, preferably journalism, editorial or marketing manner.
Ability to work with great accuracy under deadline pressure.
Ability to spot a broad range of errors, including spelling, syntax, usage, logic, design and layout.

Background in journalism
Work experience in an agency or team environment
Background at a digital advertising technology company such as Facebook, Google or other product-side digital advertising platforms.
