    JOB DESCRIPTION

    POSITION SUMMARY 

    The sales closing position is the most vital position to the business. This position is the revenue maker for the company and a large component of the relationship we have with our clients. As a closer, you will need to be a competitive, proactive, and driven individual to succeed in this role. You will conduct sales calls with potential clients and recommend 0 Percent of products based on their individual needs or goals. A closer will work closely with the sales development representative (setters) team, the sales manager, and our member success team.

    PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

    • Recommend and select 0 Percent  products for leads based on their individual needs

    • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential clients

    • Communicate with customers using company-allocated recorded communication channels (Zoom meetings, aloware, company email, zoom phone calls, zoom texting)

    • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services

    • Establish and nurture relationships with past leads and potential clients to facilitate sales

    • Find potential clients through networking, CRM database, and company social platforms

    • Use data to help clients understand how products can help them achieve their goals

    • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed

    KEY COMPETENCIES

    • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales promptly

    • Ability to build relationships with leads 

    • Interpersonal skills that facilitate meeting new people daily

    • Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities

    • Strong computer skills and highly proficient Google Workspace, CRMs (Hubspot), and Zoom

    • Outstanding organization and administrative accountability

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make presentations 

    • Ability to think individually as well as collaborate with other team members

    • Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently

    • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods

    • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address client's needs and concerns

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

    • Minimum (3) years of sales closing experience (required)

    • Minimum (3) years of developing leads and researching potential clients (required)

    • Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred)

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

    • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.

    • Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
