Salesforce Developer and Administrator

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to build world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for talking requirements from our Sales Technology Manager and building customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, providing feedback on requirements, coding new Salesforce applications and pages, creating customer workflows and processes, maintaining user roles and permissions, and troubleshooting applications errors.

COMPENSATION: Dependent upon experience

W2 FULL TIME 40+ HOURS

Candidates should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.

SALESFORCE DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Meeting with Sales Technology manager to design solutions for new SF enhancements
• Handling administrative tasks such as new users, layout changes, permissions, new data objects, etc.
• Coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

SALESFORCE DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Previous work experience with Salesforce application and software development.
• Experience developing customer-facing Visualforce interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM data architecture
• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
• Knowledge of SF APIs and integrations preferred
• Good communication skills.
