We are looking for a motivated individual to perform office duties. This will include answering calls, dispatching calls to technicians, basic accounting functions, and other office responsibilities in a fast paced, supportive work environment. Basic computer skills & critical thinking is required for this position. 1-800-Plumber +Air of Cleveland is a local, family owned company with the customer in focus for everything we do.

Requirements:

Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor

Ability to multitask and make quick decisions

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Identify customers’ issues (plumbing or HVAC) and booking the job accordingly.

Utilize great communication skills to ensure the customer is satisfied and all needed information is received during the call

Technician Scheduling & Dispatching

Handles Invoice Process

Perform clerical and mail processes

Be self-motivated & effective without micromanagement

Additional duties as directed by owners/manager
