Job Summary

This is a dual position for someone with a marketing background in addition to office experience in construction or adjacent fields. The candidate would coordinate marketing through social media, in person, and maintain a Google presence. Routine meetings with the operations manager, company owner, franchise marketing coach, and outside vendors. Must be able to create relationships with property owners, business owners, and property managers. Additionally, the candidate would assist with the needs of the Operations Manager in learning about estimates and projects to further assist with office duties as needed. Candidate would also need to have strong computer skills with a working knowledge of standard office equipment and maintenance.

Qualifications

Must be able to work in a high-paced environment.

1-3 years minimum marketing experience or similar field.

Proficiency in the use of the Xactimate estimating software or a similar estimating software.

Ability to write and compile reports and correspondence.

Skilled and experienced use of the xactimate estimating software.

Expert knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Associate Degree Preferred

Experience within the construction industry preferred.

Ability to learn new software and manage processes.

Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record.

Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand, implement, and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.

Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Incentive Program

Employees will have bi-annual reviews with the chance for additional raises dependent on his/her progression while on the job.

All successful employee water or mold mitigation customer referrals or leads will result in a $100 payroll bonus.

Upon successful completion of a job-related certification outlined by the company ( 1-800 Water Damage of Greater Tucson) employees will receive a payroll bonus ranging from $50 to $100.
