We handle a range of restoration projects including emergency mitigation, water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire and smoke damage restoration, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, and much more.

BUSINESS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees A/R and A/P regularly with the assistance of the bookkeeper to ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial goals.

Prepare and supervise estimates and invoicing for all services offered.

Regularly communicate and negotiate with insurance providers and customers while maintaining organized and detailed records in Xactimate, Quickbooks Online, Google Drive, and other databases.

Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Prepares reports and correspondences via e-mail and phone

Working with corporate marketing to optimize company visibility and opportunities.

Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and sales records.

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Strong computer hardware and software literacy: Windows, iOS, Google Workspace, Xactimate

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Highly organized

Proficiency in math and the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages and area.

Understanding of insurance/construction/restoration industries

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BA in business administration, business management, or another applicable major OR equivalent relevant experience

Prior management positions with various types of businesses

Proficient in IT/ computer skills

WORK HOURS AND BENEFITS

All full-time employees will have 2 paid national holidays off after 90 days of employment.
