Job Summary

The coordinator will work with technicians, mitigation and construction coordinators, and mitigation and construction supervisors to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes management of scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and after-hours calls, coordinating with the client for work that needs to be performed, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Intake new losses via phone and email.

Monitor updates in RMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.

Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Brightserv/CodeBlue 360 daily.

Insure that field paperwork is completed and up to date.

Update Dropbox daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing.

Scheduling Subcontractors and Technicians for daily work.

Ordering mold and asbestos testing for jobs.

Review work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

2-3 years Experience within the industry.

Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record.

Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability.

Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
