    Job Description

    At 1 Stop Security we offer peace of mind while giving our customers the best value in smart home and business technology, that’s a Guarantee! We represent Brinks Home Security and are one their largest producing dealers in the country.

    As a Smart Technology Consultant we will train you on how technology has evolved in the commercial and residential security industry and how by using the latest advances you can help save your clients on their everyday energy and insurance bills, all while getting the latest security systems installed in their businesses and homes.

    The position will focus primarily on outside sales with a balance of “hot” lead prospecting and self-generated lead creation targeting small commercial and residential clients. You will use our CRM and prospecting software to keep track of all your daily contacts leading you to success. In addition, you will have the opportunity to set appointments from your clients for our solar division and receive 70% commission of the total commission of that solar installation. This cross marketing will give you the ability to double your efforts from a compensation standpoint.

    PAY DETAILS:

    · $85,000- $125,000 FIRST YEAR

    · MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUSES

    · PAID TRIPS INCENTIVES

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Sell Smart Technology while maintaining assigned sales quota

    · Maintain Company standards for customer service satisfaction 

    · Create sales pipelines by utilizing phones and prospecting in the field

    · Use creative lead generating techniques while utilizing our contact management software.

    · Responsible for targeting and reporting the outcome of all leads provided by the company on a daily basis.
