    1-Tom-Plumber, a rapidly expanding emergency plumbing service catering to both commercial and residential clients, is currently seeking an Operations Manager for our franchise. This role is pivotal for driving the location's growth, enhancing profitability, and leading our team toward excellence.

    Unique Role Dynamics: This position starts as a blend of direct involvement in operations and managerial responsibilities. Given our current stage as a burgeoning company, the Operations Manager will engage in hands-on tasks as well as oversee the management of operations. As the company grows - a key responsibility of this role - the balance will shift increasingly towards full-time management, aligning financial feasibility with operational leadership.

    Oklahoma Journeyman License or higher and at least 5 years in the plumbing industry required. Plumbing management experience is preferred, but not necessary.

    Utilizing and Championing ServiceTitan: Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required. The candidate should be enthusiastic about leveraging this job management software to its fullest potential, ensuring maximum efficiency and value for the company.

    Franchise management experience is an asset but not mandatory.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee the plumbing, drains, and excavation teams, as well as office positions including dispatchers, office administration, customer service representatives, etc., ensuring cohesive and efficient operations across all divisions.

    Conduct performance evaluations, manage promotions and terminations, and recommend salary adjustments.

    Implement actionable strategies based on analytical reports to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

    Champion customer retention by ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

    Propel sales growth and revenue enhancement.

    Enforce inventory management best practices.

    Provide rapid responses to customer plumbing emergencies.

    Display a "whatever it takes" attitude to sustain growth.

    Lead by example, becoming the team leader everyone aspires to work alongside.

    Compensation:

    A competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, dependent on experience, with the addition of profit sharing.

    It is anticipated that, upon the business's establishment, profit sharing will constitute a significant portion of the Operations Manager's remuneration.
