    Qualifications

    Must have plumbing experience.

    Minimum of 2 years leading a plumbing team.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business.

    Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives.

    Financial Performance

    Prepare business forecasts, budgets, and other reports as well as work with accounting to establish a smooth flow of paperwork.

    Profit and loss management of the location.

    Monitor projects to ensure all aspects are completed on time and in an efficient and productive manner to increase profits and reduce the waste of resources.

    Employee Management

    Recruit and assist with onboarding plumbing technicians and administrative team.

    Provide training and training opportunities for dispatch and plumbers.

    Comply with and administer company policies and procedures.

    Oversee the dispatching of technicians to maximize efficiency and reduce cancellations.

    Attend and contribute to mandatory management meetings.

    Work in conjunction with Business Manager and office staff.

    Create weekly schedules for technicians and on-call schedules.

    Ensure the vans and equipment are properly serviced, clean and present a professional image.

    Inventory management

    Cut costs as needed to ensure efficiency in overall operation.

    Customer Service

    Monitor client project quality to ensure proper completion, documentation, and compliance.

    Safety and Sanitation

    Enforce all safety, sanitation and cleanliness requirements.

    Train office management to:

    Abide by - and ensure all staff abide by - all safety and sanitation procedures know what to do and whom to call in case of emergency

    Report and/or act on unsafe conditions

    Complete job responsibilities in a safe manner

    Report any employee incidents to HR

    Equipment Maintenance and Repair

    Oversee the supplies and fleet management programs.

    Oversee and track receiving and storage of equipment and inventory supplies to vehicles.

    Ensure all office equipment is in good working order for purposes of safety and productivity.

    Skills and Abilities:

    Strong interpersonal/communication skills (oral and written).

    Ability to self-start and motivate a group of individuals to act as team towards a common goal.

    Analyze cost and forecast data to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

    Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail.

    Computer proficiency (Microsoft preferred).
