    • Act as point-of-contact with attendees and members, as well as sponsors, speakers, and other special guests, to ensure smooth program experiences from conception to implementation and follow-up.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our events and programs, their purpose and our audiences, becoming a true expert in our industries and being able to relate to members, attendees, speakers and sponsors and their businesses in a direct and meaningful way.
    • Develop relationships with past, current, and prospective attendees and members.
    • Develop innovative methods to identify and engage in new relationships.
    • Maintain and continually improve excellent customer service skills and be able to address concerns immediately to uphold company's image and exceed member and attendee expectations.
    • Remain up to date and be a true internal resource on all trends related to events, training, and overall audience recruitment and engagement.
    • Manage and follow all deadlines and timelines associated with the above responsibilities.
    • Take on other tasks as needed.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    • Has 3-5 years of relevant experience;
    • Is detailed oriented, organized, and has the ability to work autonomously and as part of both small and large groups;
    • Has a passion for building and cultivating interpersonal relationships with readers of our content, attendees of our events, members of our training programs, and our sponsors;
