We are looking to add to our amazing creative team!!!The in-house Graphic Designer will work onsite and be responsible for exploring, conceptualizing and executing design solutions for the companies seasonal promotional campaigns, brand, product and marketing collateral in both digital and print. You will execute design projects with oversight from the Creative Director that effectively and visually communicates the 100% Chiropractic brand and solves for various needs across departments and campaigns.You will be responsible for concepting campaigns that effectively accomplish the business goals of the campaign while also pushing the brand forward in a competitive space. The designer who will be most successful will bring a fresh perspective and a “design eye” including strong creative problem solving, and attention to detail for every piece they work on. You will be expected to work efficiently, build clean files and work collaboratively with team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate clear ownership of internal design projects, partnering with the Marketing team.
Concept on-brand design solutions based on initial brief, market research, and design trends, including campaign assets, point of sale marketing collateral, menu updates, presentations, emails, social media assets, display ads, and more.
Resize and version-out brand and campaign assets for various digital and print collateral.
Create digital and physical mockups and production pieces as needed during the design process.
Ability to take existing assets to create new and interesting on-brand design solutions.
Prepare and release final press-ready files and documentation.
Bonus points if you can create motion graphics for GIFs and various other animated materials.
Recognize patient and franchisee needs in delivering thoughtful and timely solutions
Actively participate in design reviews.
Manage design assets, with attention to systems and organization.
Assist in stylizing both product and lifestyle photoshoots.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
Extremely attentive to detail.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
4-6 years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
Demonstrate advanced skills in Adobe CC suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. AfterEffects and Premiere a plus.
Ability to work onsite in our Rancho Santa Fe (San Diego), CA Corporate office.

Demonstrated graphic design and visual communication skills with a strong portfolio.
Work collaboratively with all team members, taking art direction, styling and feedback.
Knowledge of general HTML and Wordpress
Creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability and originality.
Deep understanding of print process and materials.
Sharp eye for detail, with the ability to catch spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
Comfortable presenting and pitching ideas and concepts to the creative team, marketing team, and company leadership.
Extremely organized, goal-oriented and has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen to team members, customers, and managers.
Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and re-prioritize as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Positive demeanor and desire to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
