Job Summary
When patients think of chiropractic care in Chattanooga, 100% Chiropractic should be the first place of healing that comes to mind. Chiropractic Assistants will assist the Chiropractor in running the office and assisting with patient care. CAs will educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals. This position demands an active role in patient care; you must have a passion for your own health as well as for helping others. CAs must also be outgoing and friendly, detail-oriented, have an ability to multitask and provide LEGENDARY customer experience. Previous experience is highly desired, but not required. We are looking for a leader who will be able to embrace our vision and guide our practice toward continued growth. We love our patients and staff like family and strive to provide the highest quality of care. Responsibilities
Answer the phone for new and current patients
Greet and make patients feel at home when they enter the practice
Schedule patient appointments
Explain payment options and discounts to patients for services provided in the practice
Collect payment for time of service and insurance rates for care
Verify insurance and go over recommendations for care with patients
Perform data entry in the practice's computer systems
Describe the "why" to patients for chiropractic care, massage therapy, stretch therapy and other vital services offered in the office
Keep patient accounts organized and accurate
Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic empowerment sessions, progressive discoveries and other important meetings with patients to discuss their growth and care in the practice
Keep the practice prepped and organized, providing 10/10 experiences for each patient
Attend weekly calls for CA systems improvement and all-company calls
Requirements
Customer service experience
Passion and positivity about helping others achieve long term health goals and results
Eager to learn about chiropractic care and systems
Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask and grow in skill sets
Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their health goals
Preferred Qualifications
Acquired knowledge and experience in holistic health
Bilingual, primary in English and Spanish
Insurance experience
