** Your Role & Responsibilities**

As a Sales Representative with AO Globe Life, you’ll work with union members, credit union members, and association members who have already requested information about their benefits.

• ** Consult with Clients:** Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom or phone to understand each client’s needs and recommend personalized life insurance solutions.
• ** Become a Trusted Expert:** Learn our full range of products and use that expertise to help families protect their financial future.
• ** Guide Applications:** Walk clients through the enrollment process with accuracy, care, and compliance.
• ** Uphold Excellence:** Represent AO Globe Life with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others.
• ** Continue Growing:** Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to sharpen your skills and advance your career.

** Qualifications & Skills**

This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are ready to grow, learn, and take charge of their earning potential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and comfortable managing time independently in a remote environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to obtain a state-required Life & Health Insurance License (we’ll guide you through the process).
