Position Overview

We are seeking driven Account Executives with a passion for sales and relationship building to join our Merchant Services Sales Team. This is a 1099 independent contractor role that is 100% commission-based with lifetime residuals. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, build your book of business, and earn both upfront commissions and long-term residual income.

If you have experience in payments, financial services, or B2B sales, this is an opportunity to build true recurring revenue while helping businesses thrive.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, and online outreach

Educate business owners on payment processing, POS systems, and cash discount programs

Provide savings analysis and custom-tailored merchant solutions

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and residual growth

Track activity and pipeline in CRM

Qualifications

Prior sales experience in merchant services, financial services, or B2B sales (preferred but not required)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently

Comfortable in a commission-only environment with uncapped earnings

Access to phone, computer, and reliable internet
