USA Insulation of Bowling Green is seeking motivated, self-driven 1099 Independent Sales Representatives to conduct in-home insulation sales consultations across Kentucky and Tennessee. Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners

Evaluate insulation needs and recommend solutions

Present pricing and close sales in the home

Accurately measure, estimate, and document projects

Maintain professional relationships with customers

Travel to appointments throughout KY and TN

Follow company sales processes and standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in in-home or outside sales preferred

Strong closing and communication skills

Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to travel within Kentucky and Tennessee

Smartphone and basic technology proficiency

Construction, home improvement, or insulation experience is a plus

Classification
