What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Source, screen, and place candidates across Healthcare, Light Industrial, Construction, IT, Professional, Legal, and Clerical
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → screening → presenting → offer/close
- Build pipelines and deliver qualified shortlists quickly
- Keep candidates engaged and processes moving with strong communication and follow-through
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience in direct hire recruiting, executive search, or full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset with an ownership mentality
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms is a plus
