    What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

    • Source, screen, and place candidates across Healthcare, Light Industrial, Construction, IT, Professional, Legal, and Clerical
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → screening → presenting → offer/close
    • Build pipelines and deliver qualified shortlists quickly
    • Keep candidates engaged and processes moving with strong communication and follow-through

    What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

    • Experience in direct hire recruiting, executive search, or full-cycle recruiting
    • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
    • Self-starter mindset with an ownership mentality
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
    • Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms is a plus
