Find out how you can make a 10x difference.About The Role10x Genomics is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who will be a part of the Productivity Engineering team. You will partner with HR leaders and their stakeholders to optimize workflows through technology. You will manage day to day production support in addition to supporting system implementations and upgrades.What You Will Be Doing Manage day to day production issues Core responsibilities include troubleshooting, design, configuration and testing to ensure a flawless implementation Identify opportunities to train HR users on new and/or enhanced functionality Ensure documentation and processes are complete to satisfy audit requirements Assist with building reports and dashboards Manage end-to-end process for one or more recurring programs (Benefits Open Enrollment, Calibration, Annual Compensation Review, etc) TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE 2 - 4 years of Workday hands-on configuration experience Benefits configuration experience is required Proficiency in one or more of the following modules is desired: HR Core, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Time Tracking and Absence Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environments Sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive information Critical thinker with strong attention to detail Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for problem solving Proactive working ability - can get things done by seeking out solutions and anticipating needs Individuals seeking employment at 10x Genomics are considered without regards to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
