Job Summary

We are seeking Med Tech Supervisor for our 11:00pm - 7:00am to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. Every other weekend required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing care team from 11:00pm-7:00am ensuring excellent care

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

Prepare meals and snacks

Light housekeeping activities

Dispense medication

Provide companionship

Qualifications

Previous experience as a med tech supervisor desirable

First aid and CPR-certified

CMA certificate with current med check off list by licensed nurse or pharmacist

Ability to mentor team members

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal spills

Ability to lift heaving objects
