123 Builders Co. is seeking a Project Administrator Assistant to work closely with the Project Management Director & Director of Operations in the Katy/Houston area. The ideal candidate will have some experience providing support for projects in the construction related industry. This candidate will join the Project Administration team that reports direct to the Director of Operations.
Essential Job Functions
Recommended Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction (preferred but not required)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Required)
Proficiency in editing and creating PDF documents (Required)
Previous Experience working with Procore software (preferred but not required)
Must be able to attend team meetings as needed
Professional demeanor both in person, over the phone, or via written communication is required
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task several administrative deliverables

Ability to self-start
Adaptable and calm under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy, organized
Willing to take initiative/self-starter
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
