The Janitorial & Light Maintenance Technician is tasked with fulfilling service requests, assisting with building repairs and cleaning projects, cleaning property and bathrooms, trash enclosures, stucco, power wash, and quickly responding to property emergencies. Hands on maintenance. The Janitorial & Maintenance Technician must always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
