An Emergency Services Director will establish, develop, maintain, and manage a First Responder Relationship and Soft Chase emergency incidents in the Greater Columbus area as directed. The Emergency Services Director will respond to incidents requiring the intervention of a restoration company emergency response team; they include but are not limited to fires, floods, windstorms, water emergencies, and other emergencies. The Emergency Services Director will serve as an extension of the fire service in providing victim assistance and emergency scene stabilization. Responsibilities: 1. To respond to and assist victims of fires, floods, water emergencies, and other applicable emergency events. 2. Work closely with the emergency response crews and customers to establish a relationship and level of trust. 3. Liaison and provide education & assistance to fire / disaster victims utilizing the Victim Assistance Program. 4. Establish contractual relationships with property owners and disaster victims concerning securing the property, content restoration, structural fire repair and construction / putback. 5. These responsibilities may require the employee to respond to events at all hours of the day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and at other times as deemed necessary by management. 7. Produce accurate Post Incident Reports and other associated paperwork. Compensation: $40-60k plus bonuses
