Job Summary Cooks at 1830 Chophouse are responsible for the preparation of food items at their assigned station during their shift. Teamwork and good communication are essential to ensuring the food is ready in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Prep and stock needed items on your station
Prepare all ordered menu items based on the recipes provided
Help any team member who requires additional assistance
Clean up your station and any equipment used
Restock items for the next shift
Qualifications
1-3 Years of previous grill cooking experience
Basic kitchen skills including using a knife, proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and teamwork
Ability to read and understand a recipe
Ability to weigh and measure ingredients
Ability to stand for long periods of time
