POSITION: Process Engineer III
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime
ASSIGNMENT: ASAP (once onboarding clears) - 1/4/2027 (potential for conversion or perm placement)
LOCATION: Maple Grove, MN
SCHEDULE: M-F, 8am-4:30 pm
PAY RANGE: $50-60/hr, paid weekly

Key Responsibilities
1\. Consistently generates innovative and unique solutions to market needs and submits idea disclosures. Work is expected to result in the development of new or refined products, processes or equipment.
2\. Successfully completes complex engineering work in one or more of the following: technology development, product design and development, test of materials or products, preparation of specifications, process study, research investigation (animal and clinical studies), and report preparation.
3\. Selects techniques to solve complex problems and make sound design recommendations.
4\. Summarizes, analyzes, and draws conclusions from complex test results.
5\. Designs and prepares complex reports to communicate results to technical community.
6\. Designs and coordinates complex engineering tests and experiments.
7\. Coordinates, manages, and documents project goals and progress and recommends appropriate revisions.
8\. Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests, products or equipment.
9\. Interfaces with Physicians/Cath Lab personnel to obtain feedback on concepts and performance of new devices.
10\. Translates customer needs into product requirements and design specifications.
11\. Responsible for engineering documentation
12\. Works cooperatively with process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing on complex projects to ensure project success.
13\. May train and/or provide work direction to technicians and entry-level engineers.
14\. Demonstrates PDP/TPD system knowledge through delivery of high quality and high impact deliverables.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications
3 - 5 Years with BS
Additional Job Specific Requirements
1\. Able to collaborate effectively with cross functional peers
2\. Prior experience in a regulated industry
3\. Prior experience with manufacturing and/or process development
4\. Onsite 5 days a week
