Duties & Responsibilities
Were looking for a friendly and quick learning Customer Service Representative to monitor and respond to customer questions or issues. The ideal candidate needs to be able to handle a large volume of emails along with monitoring social media feeds, contacting customers, shipping prizes and parts, and occasionally help debug customer issues with our products.
Communication and organization are key to this role, having a strong interest in arcades and games never hurts either! With iiRcade growing rapidly everyday this is a great place to start building and refining skills in an exciting environment.
This will begin as an hourly contractor position located at our Chicago area headquarters.
