We are currently seeking Associate and Vice President candidates for multiple opportunities with our Technology (TMT) Investment Banking Group located in both New York and San Francisco. Successful candidates will play a vital role in all aspects of sourcing and executing Technology (TMT) transactions and maintaining strategic dialog with clients. Candidates will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of complex transactions and will also play a critical role in developing more junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations
• Conducting industry and company-specific due diligence
• Managing deal execution and project management throughout the transaction
• Executing on pitch work and client follow-up requests
• Preparing presentation materials and participating in marketing meetings with key clients
• Interacting with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
• Providing leadership, mentorship and supervision to more junior team members

Requirements

• BA/BS degree from a leading university, MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 3-6 years working in investment banking with significant Technology (TMT) transaction experience
• Ability to comfortably interact with senior clients in a professional setting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive financial modeling skills
• Strong intellectual curiosity
• Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with the capacity to work independently and in small teams
