Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-Year degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field from an accredited University. 
• 8+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.  
• The right candidate MUST have experience overseeing ground-up tilt-wall projects including cold-storage facilities, distribution centers, and/or warehouses valued at $25 Million or more.
• Strong knowledge of project-based responsibilities including scheduling, quality control, safety, and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of design-build construction is a plus.
• Must have a genuine passion for construction and enjoy working directly with owners, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States for projects.
