Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience estimating ground-up and/or renovation projects in the public sector including K-12, Higher Ed, lab, church, parking garage, corrections, courthouse and/or library projects.
• Detail-oriented nature with exceptional planning skills.
• A leadership mentality with a willingness to bring new ideas, procedures and processes to the table.
• 15 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor - the right candidate will have experience estimating across all project divisions.
• Track record of being a team player and a willingness to participate in all pre-construction activities.
