This company is one of the top ten construction companies in the nation and seeks an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee high-value construction projects in Detroit. Experience overseeing high-rise construction of 20 stories or more is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:

• 10 years of experience managing the construction of ground-up high-rise projects (20 stories or more) in a major city.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors, enforcing on-site safety, managing construction schedules and procuring materials.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead large teams.
• A team attitude with proven ability to work well with internal team members, architects, engineers and most importantly, clients.
