Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience managing high-value, ground-up construction projects.
• Preferable background in aviation, tenant-improvement, healthcare, government and/or mixed-use and hospitality construction.
• Knowledge of project management systems (scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement and business development).
• Track record of establishing effective project practices to reduce risk, increase profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
