Job Description:

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of field operations to help lead high-value healthcare construction projects in and around the Washington DC area. We are looking for an experienced high performer who offers a proven track record of working in healthcare construction and delivering high-quality projects with a stellar safety record.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working as a Superintendent with a General Contractor to oversee field operations within a healthcare construction setting.
• Strong subcontractor relationships.
• Experience partnering with PM and Senior PM to review scope, provide technical feedback and help identify scope gaps.
• Proven ability to delivery high-quality projects that meet or exceed owner expectations.
• Previous working experience with project planning, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Knowledge of pull planning and LEAN construction methodologies is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction within an occupied setting is helpful.
• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• CHC and/or ASHE healthcare construction certifications or ability to obtain them.
