Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ Years managing high-value, ground-up work valued at $50 Million or greater.
• Experience managing ground-up and large-scale renovation projects within the life-sciences sector is a MUST.
• Strong team-building skills with a proven track record of guiding project teams to optimal results.
• Experience with advanced scheduling, modeling, and project management software such as Primavera, ProCore, BIM, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to actively participate in preconstruction activities including project proposals, hard bids, project buyout, and developing value-engineered solutions.
• Experience managing and developing all project financial reports such as budgets, cash flow analysis, and financial forecasting.
