Large, award-winning construction company specializing in high-profile projects is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead data center construction work throughout the midwest.  The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience and will have strong knowledge of mission-critical/data center construction methodologies.  

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 10-15 years of construction industry experience working on high-value, technical projects, preferably data-center and/or mission-critical.
• The right candidate MUST have experience working on large construction projects valued at $100 Million or more.
• A safety-mindset with the ability to lead and influence various stakeholders across large projects.
• Knowledge of LEAN construction methodologies.
• Ability to travel throughout the midwest, particularly throughout Iowa and Nebraska.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work professionally and collaboratively within large project teams
