One of Florida's top ranked construction companies and recipient of several awards for quality construction seeks an experienced construction Project Manager to help lead their team and oversee a large, multi-family project in Palm Beach. This position is reserved for a dedicated professional that has overseen large, $30 Million+ projects (preferably multi-family, hospitality or mid-rise ground-up projects).  In return, the right candidate will be rewarded with an innovative company culture dedicated to growing their employee's careers.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 10-15 years of experience leading project efforts for medium to large ground-up project work ($30 MM - $100 MM).
• Ability to create schedules and budgets and manage timely completion of quality work. 
• Experience overseeing project buyout and partnering with preconstruction team to advise on subcontractor selection, scope gaps and architectural detailing is strongly desired.
• Ability to lead and motivate other team members with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others.
• Exceptional communication skills and professionalism are a must to succeed in this role.
