Our client, a 100-year old, North-Carolina based General contractor, seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team and oversee field operations in Raleigh, NC.  This construction company is the recipient of dozens of industry awards and has been recognized for its state-of-the-art healthcare, interior, education, higher ed and multifamily construction throughout North Carolina and beyond and is seeking a motivated Lead Superintendent to manage their projects and be part of their growth.  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience overseeing ground-up and/or renovation projects valued at $20 Million+ including K-12, Higher Ed, lab, church, parking garage, healthcare or multifamily projects.
• A team-oriented attitude with a willingness and desire to manage a high performing construction team.
• 8+ Years of experience managing construction projects as an Assistant and or Lead Superintendent within the commercial construction industry.
• Safety-oriented with OSHA 10/30 certification.
