Leading, design-build construction company seeks an Area Superintendent with a passion for building high-value projects to join their mid-Atlantic team to help oversee large commercial projects throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area.  This employee-owned company is well-known within the industry for its commitment to quality, building one-of-a-kind landmark projects, and for a leadership development program that is unrivaled within the industry.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must have a 4-year degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• 4-6 years of ground-up experience in field operations as a Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, APM, or similar.
• Experience working on large, ground-up projects valued at $100 Million or more.
• Strong knowledge of building across all divisions from surveying and preconstruction through to final close-out.
• A genuine passion for building and a desire to continue growing within the industry.
• Ability to travel throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area for projects.
