Required Skills & Experience

• 5-15+ years managing complex high-rise (20+stories) projects in the United States.
• Proven ability to lead and manage small teams and train others.
• Experience interfacing directly with owners, clients and architects to generate highly custom solutions.
• Manage large project teams and provide employee training & development opportunities.
• Detailed technical knowledge of managing large, high-rise ground-up projects and the nuances these projects bring in regards to staging, scheduling, sequencing and materials ordering.
• A commitment to site safety with a boots on the ground mentality.
• Aptitude for details and ability to learn and manage project financials in addition to assisting with the creation of a project budget.
