Leading Dallas/Fort Worth Drywall & Acoustical Ceiling company is one of the fastest growing companies in the Metroplex and seeks a high-performing, experienced Estimator to take the lead on major project pursuits and management for the company.  This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who sets their goals high and doesn't wish to be limited in their income. 

Responsibilities

• Leads project proposal efforts by thorough review of drawings and completing conceptual and final cost estimates.
• Oversees document control for projects including creation and submittal of RFIs and CO's.
• Works collaboratively with GC, Architect and internal stakeholders to ensure project is completed to standards.
• Leads meetings, walk-throughs and site visits and is responsible for creating a team-oriented environment both internally and with clients.

Required Skills

• 3+ Years managing and estimating drwyall and acoustical ceiling projects.
• Extremely strong attention to detail especially when it comes to reviewing blueprints and related structural and MEP documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Blubeam experience a plus.
• An extremely motivated self-starter who enjoys generating new business and managing client relationships.
• College degree preferred, not required.
