Required Skills & Responsibilities
- 3-6 years of construction industry experience assisting with the construction of large, ground up projects valued at $20 Million or more.
- Experience managing and creating look ahead schedules, ordering materials, delegating work to subcontractors, organizing site visits and ensuring safety is a top priority.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Construction Management or Engineering field is preferred.
- A professional mindset with a strong desire to continually grow within the industry and add value at many levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, clients and internal team members.
