The ideal candidate will have experience working on mid-sized to large, ground-up projects throughout the South Florida area ($20 Million or greater). Required Skills & Responsibilities

• 3-6 years of construction industry experience assisting with the construction of large, ground up projects valued at $20 Million or more.
• Experience managing and creating look ahead schedules, ordering materials, delegating work to subcontractors, organizing site visits and ensuring safety is a top priority.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Construction Management or Engineering field is preferred.
• A professional mindset with a strong desire to continually grow within the industry and add value at many levels.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, clients and internal team members.
