100% Employee-owned national General Contractor with expanding operations in Washington DC seeks an experienced Superintendent to join their team and serve as a leader to direct the growth of the division. Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience managing construction and field operation for high-value, ground-up and/or Tenant-Improvement projects in and around Washington DC
- Background in aviation, tenant-improvement, healthcare, government and/or mixed-use and hospitality construction is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all project stakeholders including Project Managers, Subcontractors, Engineers, Architects, Owners, and Clients.
- Exceptional scheduling skills along with a commitment to maintaining a safe job site at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Business.
