    THIS POSITION WILL LIKELY START OUT AS PART TIME AND POTENTIALLY TURN INTO A FULL TIME POSITION.

    ABOUT THE ROLE As the Studio Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist the design team and the Owner and Principal Designer, Alison Damonte in all things design, office management, vendor relations and much more. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage office organization, supplies, and IT needs with the IT consultant

    • Receive and reroute all general and new and existing client communications including emails and phone calls

    • Assist team and HR consultant in the recruiting and onboarding process of new hires including offer letters, employee handbook, and other office documents

    • Assist Bookkeeper with reports, monthly client invoices, documenting receipts, reimbursable's, and other procurement workflow

    • Assist Principal with:

    • insurance policy and business license annual renewals

    • liaison with legal counsel and HR consultants on as-needed basis

    • personal assisting as needed

    DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist Project Manager and Owner/Principal Designer with the coordination of client meetings and preparation of presentations

    • Help maintain the organization and inventory of the design library samples

    • Errands include sample returns to the Design Center, UPS, storage facility, etc.

    • Assist Principal and design team with:

    • client proposals, estimates, and onboarding

    • scheduling client deliveries and installs

    • purchasing of project specific items

    • design team time billing workflow

    MARKETING AND NEW BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist Principal with social media efforts:

    • update instagram calendar and post daily

    • update Squarespace website as needed

    • Help develop and manage new business workflow including follow up and meeting scheduling

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR ROLE

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    • Approximately 3 to 5 years as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.

    • Proficient with iOS, Google Suite, Excel, and project management software.

    • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and problem solving skills.

    • Ability to take initiative, work independently and collaboratively with the team and outside consultants.
